Article R4433-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The allocations granted to the regions of Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique and Réunion for the establishment of the regional development schemes provided for in Articles L. 4433-7 to L. 4433-11, L. 4433-15 and L. 4433-16 are deducted from the remaining 15% of the special assistance referred to in the last paragraph of Article R. 1614-42. This special assistance is supplemented by credits corresponding to the implementation of the individualised chapter within the regional development plan, mentioned in article L. 4433-15 and which are entered in the budget of the Ministry responsible for the sea.

Article R4433-18

Les dotations attribuées aux régions de Guadeloupe, de Guyane, de Martinique et de la Réunion pour l’établissement des schémas d’aménagement régionaux prévus aux articles L. 4433-7 à L. 4433-11, L. 4433-15 et L. 4433-16 sont prélevées sur le reliquat de 15 % du concours particulier mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 1614-42. Ce concours particulier est abondé des crédits correspondant à la réalisation du chapitre individualisé au sein du schéma d’aménagement régional, mentionné à l’article L. 4433-15 et qui sont inscrits au budget du ministère chargé de la mer.
