Article R444-26 of the French Commercial code

An order of the Minister of Justice will determine the geographical areas in which aid may be granted to maintain or set up a practice.

The areas referred to in the previous paragraph are defined in particular on the basis of the number of established professionals, the number of plans to set up and the needs identified.

Un arrêté du ministre de la justice détermine les zones géographiques où peuvent être octroyées des aides au maintien ou des aides à l’installation.

Les zones mentionnées à l’alinéa précédent sont définies notamment en fonction du nombre de professionnels installés, du nombre de projets d’installation, et des besoins identifiés.
