Article R444-27 of the French Commercial code

Installation and maintenance grants take the form of subsidies of a fixed amount paid for each service meeting the following conditions:

1° Their fee is proportional;

2° They relate to a monetary base below a threshold set, for each profession concerned, by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for the budget, which does not exceed €80,000;

Les aides à l’installation et au maintien prennent la forme de subventions d’un montant fixe versé pour chaque prestation répondant aux conditions suivantes :

1° Leur émolument est proportionnel ;

2° Elles portent sur une assiette monétaire inférieure à un seuil fixé, pour chaque profession concernée, par arrêté conjoint du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé du budget, qui n’excède pas 80 000 € ;
