Article R444-3 of the French Commercial code

Articles Appendix 4-7, Appendix 4-8 and Appendix 4-9 to this Title respectively specify:

1° The list of services provided by judicial auctioneers, commercial court registrars, bailiffs, court administrators, plan execution commissioners, judicial agents, liquidators, notaries and lawyers whose fees are governed by this Title;

2° The list of costs and disbursements for which these professionals are entitled to reimbursement pursuant to III of Article R. 444-12;

3° An indicative list of services provided under the conditions set out in the third paragraph of article L. 444-1, and, where applicable, the rules governing the collection by the professionals concerned of fees corresponding to these services.

Article R444-3

Les articles annexe 4-7, annexe 4-8 et annexe 4-9 au présent titre précisent respectivement :

1° La liste des prestations des commissaires-priseurs judiciaires, greffiers de tribunaux de commerce, huissiers de justice, administrateurs judiciaires, commissaires à l’exécution du plan, mandataires judiciaires, liquidateurs, notaires et avocats dont le tarif est régi par le présent titre ;

2° La liste des frais et débours dont ces professionnels ont droit au remboursement en application du III de l’article R. 444-12 ;

3° Une liste indicative de prestations réalisées dans les conditions prévues au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 444-1, et, le cas échéant, les règles encadrant la perception par les professionnels concernés des honoraires correspondant à ces prestations.
