Article R444-38 of the French Commercial code

An advisory committee, called the “Comité consultatif des aides à l’accès au droit et à la justice” (CCAADJ), is set up by the board of directors of the fund management company.

At the request of the Board of Directors, the Committee gives its opinion on any matter relating to the administrative, accounting and financial management of the Fund.

Un comité consultatif, dénommé : “ Comité consultatif des aides à l’accès au droit et à la justice ” (CCAADJ), est créé auprès du conseil d’administration de la société de gestion du fonds.

A la demande du conseil d’administration, le comité donne son avis sur toute question relative à la gestion administrative, comptable et financière du fonds.
