The articles of association and internal regulations of the fund management company are approved by a joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Budget. The internal regulations of the advisory committee are approved under the same conditions.

Les statuts et le règlement intérieur de la société de gestion du fonds sont approuvés par arrêté conjoint du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé du budget. Le règlement intérieur du comité consultatif est approuvé dans les mêmes conditions.
