For its application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, article R. 4234-1 in the version resulting from decree no. 2022-381 of 16 March 2022 reads as follows:
Complaints and requests from the persons mentioned in article L. 4443-4-1 are lodged with or sent to the president of the body of the pharmacists’ association of New Caledonia or French Polynesia, by any means, including electronic means, that provide a certain date of receipt.
The president acknowledges receipt of the complaint, informs the pharmacist in question within fifteen days and immediately forwards the complaint to the registry of the disciplinary chamber of first instance.
When the complaint comes from a pharmacist registered on the roll or a private individual, the conciliation procedure provided for in articles R. 4233-33 to R. 4233-38 is implemented beforehand.
