I.-Articles R. 4233-33 to R. 4233-38 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version set out in Decree no. 2022-381 of 16 March 2022, subject to the adaptations set out in II.
II.- For application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia: For its application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia:
1° In all provisions, the words: “of the central or regional council” are replaced by the words: “of the body of the pharmacists’ association of New Caledonia or French Polynesia as the case may be”;
2° Article R. 4233-33 reads as follows:
“Art. R. 4233-33 -An attempt at conciliation is a compulsory prerequisite to referral to the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance, unless the complaint is lodged by the President of the Government of New Caledonia or French Polynesia, the Public Prosecutor, the representative of the State, the President of the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens or the President of the body of the Ordre des pharmaciens of New Caledonia or French Polynesia. “
