Article R4451-29 of the French Labour Code

I – The employer shall restrict access to the operation zone to authorised workers only.

II – The procedure used to identify each operating area and to define the technical and organisational measures adopted by the employer must be recorded in a form which allows consultation for a period of at least ten years.

I.-L’employeur limite préalablement l’accès à la zone d’opération aux seuls travailleurs autorisés.

II.-La démarche ayant permis d’identifier chaque zone d’opération et de définir les moyens techniques et organisationnels retenus par l’employeur est consignée sous une forme susceptible d’en permettre la consultation pour une période d’au moins dix ans.
