Article R4451-39 of the French Labour Code

A joint order of the ministers responsible for labour and agriculture sets:

1° The list of activities or categories of activity for which the certification provided for in Article R. 4451-38 is required, taking into account the nature and extent of the risk;

2° The terms and conditions for certification of the companies mentioned in Article R. 4451-38, taking into account their technical skills and the sector of activity in which they may operate;

3° The terms and conditions of accreditation of the bodies responsible for certifying companies.

Article R4451-39

Un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du travail et de l’agriculture fixe :

1° La liste des activités ou des catégories d’activité pour lesquelles la certification prévue à l’article R. 4451-38 est requise en tenant compte de la nature et de l’importance du risque ;

2° Les modalités et conditions de certification des entreprises mentionnées à l’article R. 4451-38, en tenant compte de leurs compétences techniques et du secteur d’activité dans lequel elles peuvent intervenir ;

3° Les modalités et conditions d’accréditation des organismes chargés de la certification des entreprises.
