The exposure of young people aged at least sixteen and under eighteen to ionising radiation does not exceed:
1° For the whole body, 6 millisieverts over 12 consecutive months, assessed on the basis of the effective dose:
2° For organs or tissues, assessed on the basis of the following corresponding equivalent doses:
a) 150 millisieverts over 12 consecutive months, for the extremities and the skin. For the skin, this limit applies to the average dose over any surface area of 1 cm2, regardless of the surface area exposed;
b) 15 millisieverts over 12 consecutive months for the lens of the eye.
