Article R4451-88 of the French Labour Code

In application of the provisions of the last paragraph of article L. 1251-22, the reinforced individual monitoring provided for in article R. 4451-82 is carried out, with regard to the temporary employee, by the user undertaking defined in 1° of article L. 1251-1.

The occupational physician of the temporary employment undertaking is informed of the results of this monitoring.

En application des dispositions du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 1251-22, le suivi individuel renforcé prévu à l’article R. 4451-82 est assuré, à l’égard du salarié temporaire, par l’entreprise utilisatrice définie au 1° de l’article L. 1251-1.

Le médecin du travail de l’entreprise de travail temporaire est informé des résultats de ce suivi.
