Article R4461-30 of the French Labour Code

For the implementation of the training courses, joint orders issued by the Minister for Labour and, each insofar as it is concerned, by the ministers concerned, set:

I. – For the implementation of training courses, taking into account the extent and nature of the risk associated with each type of intervention or work in a hyperbaric environment:

1° The educational objectives, the duration of the training courses for the workers concerned and the conditions of access to the training courses;

2° The qualifications of the persons responsible for these training courses;

3° The procedures for checking the knowledge acquired on completion of the training courses;

4° The conditions for organising the training of the workers concerned.

II – For the issue of the certificates provided for in Articles R. 4461-4 and R. 4461-27:

1° The conditions of issue, the period of validity and the procedures for renewing the hyperbaric fitness certificate and the hyperbaric prevention advisor certificate;

2° The information which must appear on the hyperbaric fitness certificate and the hyperbaric prevention advisor certificate.

Article R4461-30

Pour la réalisation des formations, des arrêtés conjoints du ministre chargé du travail et, chacun en ce qui le concerne, des ministres intéressés, fixent :

I. ― Pour la réalisation des formations, en tenant compte de l’ampleur et la nature du risque lié à chaque type d’intervention ou de travaux en milieu hyperbare :

1° Les objectifs pédagogiques, la durée des formations des travailleurs intéressés et les conditions d’accès aux formations ;

2° La qualification des personnes chargées de ces formations ;

3° Les modalités de contrôle des connaissances acquises à l’issue des formations ;

4° Les conditions d’organisation de la formation des travailleurs concernés.

II. ― Pour la délivrance des certificats prévus aux articles R. 4461-4 et R. 4461-27 :

1° Les conditions de délivrance, la durée de validité et les modalités de renouvellement du certificat d’aptitude à l’hyperbarie et du certificat de conseiller à la prévention hyperbare ;

2° Les informations devant figurer sur le certificat d’aptitude à l’hyperbarie et sur le certificat de conseiller à la prévention hyperbare.
