Article R4461-9 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall give a copy of the hyperbaric safety manual to the hyperbaric prevention advisor, who shall ensure that the manual is available on the site where the work is carried out.

The employer shall make it available to the workers and to the social and economic committee.

On board ships, the hyperbaric safety manual is also made available to the ship’s representatives referred to in article L. 5543-2 of the French Transport Code.

L’employeur remet un exemplaire du manuel de sécurité hyperbare au conseiller à la prévention hyperbare qui veille à la disponibilité de ce manuel sur le site d’intervention ou de travaux.

L’employeur le tient à la disposition des travailleurs et du comité social et économique.

A bord des navires, le manuel de sécurité hyperbare est également tenu à la disposition des délégués de bord mentionnés à l’article L. 5543-2 du code des transports.
