I.-The reports provided for in article L. 450-2 state the nature, date and place of the observations or checks made. They are signed by an official mentioned in article L. 450-1. When the person concerned by the investigation has been heard, he or she signs the record of the hearing. If the person refuses to sign, this is mentioned in the minutes.
In the case provided for in Article L. 450-1 where the investigating officers of the Autorité de la concurrence are assisted by an officer of a competition authority of another Member State of the European Community, the minutes mention this fact. They shall indicate the identity of the official and the date of the decision authorising him to assist the officials of the Authority’s investigation departments.
II.-When the officers observe infringements or breaches under the conditions provided for in II of Article L. 450-3-2, they shall also mention in the official report the procedures for consulting and using the website, in particular:
1° The name, position and place of residence of the official summoning the offender;
2° The assumed identity under which the check was carried out;
>The date and time of the check
3° The date and time of the check;

4° The methods of connecting to the site and collecting information;
