The prevention plan must be drawn up in writing and approved before the work begins in the following two cases:
1° Whenever the operation to be carried out by the external companies, including any subcontractors they may call upon, represents a total number of foreseeable working hours equal to at least 400 hours over a period of less than or equal to twelve months, whether the work is continuous or discontinuous. The same applies if it becomes apparent, during the course of the work, that the number of working hours must reach 400 hours;
2° Regardless of the foreseeable duration of the operation, when the work to be carried out is among the hazardous work included on a list set, respectively, by order of the Minister responsible for labour and by order of the Minister responsible for agriculture.
