Des inspections et réunions périodiques de coordination sont organisées à la demande motivée de deux représentants du personnel au comité social et économique de l’entreprise utilisatrice.
A la demande motivée de deux représentants du personnel au comité social et économique de l’entreprise extérieure, les dispositions prévues aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article R. 4513-3 sont mises en œuvre par le chef de l’entreprise extérieure.
