In application of the provisions of this sub-section and prior to the start of the work, the employer:
1° Shall have the necessary protective devices installed;
2° Shall inform the workers, by means of written instructions, of the protective measures to be implemented when the work is carried out.

1° Fait mettre en place les dispositifs protecteurs nécessaires ;
2° Informe les travailleurs, au moyen d’une consigne écrite, sur les mesures de protection à mettre en œuvre lors de l’exécution des travaux.
