Article R462-2 of the French Commercial code

Permanent delegation is given to the Minister for the Economy to consult the Competition Authority, on behalf of the Government, on his own initiative or at the request of the Minister responsible for the economic sector concerned, pursuant to Articles L. 410-2, L. 462-1 and L. 462-2.

For the application of article L. 462-2-1, permanent delegation is given to the Minister of Justice and the Minister in charge of the Economy to consult, on behalf of the Government, the Competition Authority.

Article R462-2

Délégation permanente est donnée au ministre chargé de l’économie pour consulter, au nom du Gouvernement, l’Autorité de la concurrence de sa propre initiative ou à la demande du ministre dont relève le secteur économique concerné, en application des articles L. 410-2, L. 462-1 et L. 462-2.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 462-2-1, délégation permanente est donnée au ministre de la justice et au ministre chargé de l’économie pour consulter, au nom du Gouvernement, l’Autorité de la concurrence.
