When the dismissal or contractual termination of the employment contract of an occupational health physician is envisaged, or in the event of the termination of his fixed-term employment contract in the cases provided for in article L. 4623-5-1, the social and economic committee, the inter-company committee or the supervisory commission as well as the board of directors, as the case may be, shall give their opinion after hearing the interested party. The prior interview provided for in article L. 1232-2 precedes the consultation of the body.
