Article R4624-2 of the French Labour Code

Actions in the workplace are carried out :

1° In companies with an independent occupational health and prevention service, by the occupational physician, in collaboration with the services responsible for employee protection and occupational risk prevention activities in the company;

2° In undertakings belonging to an inter-company occupational health and prevention service, by the multidisciplinary occupational health team, under the leadership of the occupational physician and within the framework of the objectives set by the multi-year project provided for in article L. 4622-14.

Les actions sur le milieu de travail sont menées :

1° Dans les entreprises disposant d’un service autonome de prévention et de santé au travail, par le médecin du travail, en collaboration avec les services chargés des activités de protection des salariés et de prévention des risques professionnels dans l’entreprise ;

2° Dans les entreprises adhérant à un service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises, par l’équipe pluridisciplinaire de santé au travail, sous la conduite du médecin du travail et dans le cadre des objectifs fixés par le projet pluriannuel prévu à l’article L. 4622-14.
