Article R4624-25 of the French Labour Code

This examination and any renewal thereof will result in the occupational physician issuing a notice of fitness or unfitness in accordance with the provisions of article L. 4624-4. This opinion of fitness or unfitness is sent to the worker and the employer and placed in the occupational health medical file of the person concerned.

Cet examen ainsi que son renouvellement donnent lieu à la délivrance par le médecin du travail d’un avis d’aptitude ou d’inaptitude rendu conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 4624-4. Cet avis d’aptitude ou d’inaptitude est transmis au travailleur et à l’employeur et versé au dossier médical en santé au travail de l’intéressé.
