The employer or the president of the inter-company service shall take all measures to enable the occupational health physician to devote one third of his working time to his duties in the workplace, within the framework of the actions mentioned in article R. 4624-1.
This time includes at least one hundred and fifty half-days of actual work each year, for a full-time doctor. For a part-time doctor, this obligation is calculated in proportion to his working time. This time is also devoted by the occupational health physician to his task of leading and coordinating the multidisciplinary occupational health team.
