The healthcare professional shall ensure that the videotaped visit or examination can be carried out under satisfactory sound and visual conditions that guarantee the confidentiality of the exchanges.

When the videotaped visit or examination is carried out at the workplace, the employer will, if necessary, provide the worker with a suitable room where the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph can be met.

Le professionnel de santé s’assure que la visite ou l’examen en vidéotransmission peut être réalisé dans des conditions sonores et visuelles satisfaisantes et de nature à garantir la confidentialité des échanges.

Lorsque la visite ou l’examen en vidéotransmission est réalisé sur le lieu de travail, l’employeur met, si nécessaire, à disposition du travailleur un local adapté permettant le respect des conditions mentionnées à l’alinéa précédent.
