Article R4625-1 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of Chapters I to IV are applicable to workers with fixed-term contracts. These workers benefit from individual monitoring of their state of health at intervals equivalent to those for employees on permanent contracts, in particular the provisions of articles R. 4624-15 and R. 4624-27.

Les dispositions des chapitres Ier à IV sont applicables aux travailleurs titulaires de contrats à durée déterminée. Ces travailleurs bénéficient d’un suivi individuel de leur état de santé d’une périodicité équivalente à celui des salariés en contrat à durée indéterminée, notamment des dispositions prévues aux articles R. 4624-15 et R. 4624-27.
