Article R464-23 of the French Commercial code

Under penalty of nullity, the summons shall contain, in addition to the particulars prescribed for bailiff’s documents, a statement of the pleas relied on in support of the application for a stay.

Under the same penalty, it shall specify the date on which the appeal against the decision whose stay of execution is sought was lodged.

A peine de nullité, l’assignation contient, outre les mentions prescrites pour les actes d’huissier de justice, l’exposé des moyens invoqués à l’appui de la demande de sursis.

Sous la même sanction, elle précise la date à laquelle a été formé le recours contre la décision dont le sursis à exécution est demandé.
