The five specialised commissions, with the exception of the specialised commission responsible for issues relating to agricultural activities, comprise:
1° For the college of social partners:
a) Five employee representatives, i.e. : one nominated by the Confédération générale du travail (CGT), one nominated by the Confédération française démocratique du travail (CFDT), one nominated by the Confédération générale du travail-Force ouvrière (CGT-FO), one nominated by the Confédération française des travailleurs chrétiens (CFTC) and one nominated by the Confédération française de l’encadrement-Confédération générale des cadres (CFE-CGC);
b) Five employers’ representatives, i.e. : three nominated by the Mouvement des entreprises de France (MEDEF), one nominated by the Confédération des petites et moyennes entreprises (CPME), one nominated by the Union des entreprises de proximité (U2P);
2° For the college of ministerial departments: five representatives of ministerial departments, appointed by decision of the Director General of Labour from among those nominated in 2° of Article R. 4641-6 ;
3° For the college of national social security, expertise and prevention bodies: five representatives appointed by decision of the Director General of Labour from among those designated in 3° of Article R. 4641-6;
4° For the college of qualified personalities: six personalities appointed for their personal skills with regard to the commission’s remit. This college includes one person with expertise in agricultural matters.
For each specialised commission, with the exception of the specialised commission responsible for issues relating to agricultural activities mentioned in article R. 4641-14, a chairman is appointed from within the college of qualified persons, from among its members referred to in 4° of article R 4641-6. In his absence, the commission is chaired by a substitute appointed from the college mentioned in 4° of this article or a representative of the Director General of Labour.
