The Conseil national d’orientation des conditions de travail :

1° Participates in the preparation of national and international strategic guidelines relating to health and safety at work, the improvement of working conditions and the prevention of occupational risks, and in particular the occupational health plan, where appropriate on the basis of proposals from the national committee for prevention and health at work, and monitors their implementation;

2° Examines the annual report on working conditions drawn up by the departments of the Ministry responsible for labour, which includes the annual report of the regional working conditions advisory committees. Within this framework, it organises the monitoring of statistics on working conditions and may carry out any study relating to working conditions;

3° Participates in the coordination of the players involved in these areas.

Le Conseil national d’orientation des conditions de travail :


1° Participe à l’élaboration des orientations stratégiques nationales et internationales relatives à la santé et à la sécurité au travail, à l’amélioration des conditions de travail et à la prévention des risques professionnels, et notamment du plan santé au travail, le cas échéant sur la base des propositions du comité national de prévention et de santé au travail ainsi qu’au suivi de leur mise en œuvre ;


2° Examine le bilan annuel des conditions de travail établi par les services du ministère chargé du travail, qui comprend le bilan annuel des comités régionaux d’orientation des conditions de travail. Dans ce cadre, il organise un suivi des statistiques sur les conditions de travail et peut réaliser toute étude se rapportant aux conditions de travail ;


3° Participe à la coordination des acteurs intervenant dans ces domaines.
