The employer shall allow employees who are members of a board of a committee of the organisation the time necessary to carry out their duties.
The organisation shall ensure that the persons concerned continue to receive their remuneration during the corresponding absences or, where applicable, reimburse, at the employer’s request, the costs incurred by the employer in this respect.

L’employeur laisse aux salariés membres d’un conseil d’un comité de l’organisme le temps nécessaire à l’exercice de leurs fonctions.
L’organisme assure aux intéressés le maintien de leur rémunération pendant les absences correspondantes ou, le cas échéant, rembourse, à la demande de l’employeur, les charges supportées par lui à ce titre.
