Article R4643-30 of the French Labour Code

The members of the board of the national committee and the secretary general, duly authorised by him and the members of the body’s staff, authorised by the secretary general, shall have free access to the establishments and worksites of member undertakings.

The members of the board of the regional prevention committee and the operational manager of this committee, duly authorised by him and the members of staff authorised by this manager, shall have free access to the establishments and worksites of member undertakings in the district.

In these establishments and worksites, the persons mentioned in the first and second paragraphs may, during their visits, request communication of the documents mentioned in article L. 4711-1. The authorised representatives may bring to the attention of the labour inspector any repeated breaches or serious infringements that they observe of the legal provisions on health and safety at work.

Les membres du conseil du comité national et le secrétaire général, dûment mandatés par lui et les membres du personnel de l’organisme, mandatés par le secrétaire général, ont libre accès dans les établissements et chantiers des entreprises adhérentes.

Les membres du conseil du comité régional de prévention et le responsable opérationnel de ce comité, dûment mandatés par lui et les membres du personnel mandaté par ce responsable, ont libre accès dans les établissements et chantiers des entreprises adhérentes de la circonscription.

Dans ces établissements et chantiers, les personnes mentionnées aux premier et deuxième alinéas peuvent, au cours de leurs visites, demander communication des documents mentionnés à l’article L. 4711-1. Les représentants mandatés peuvent porter à la connaissance de l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail les manquements répétés ou les infractions graves qu’ils constatent aux dispositions légales en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
