Article R4643-32 of the French Labour Code

An authorised representative of the regional prevention committee is invited and attends in an advisory capacity:

1° Meetings of the health, safety and working conditions committee;

2° At the initiative of the employer or at the request of the majority of the staff delegation on the social and economic committee, the committee meetings referred to in the first and second paragraphs of article L. 2315-27 :

3° At meetings of the committee following an accident at work resulting in at least eight days’ absence from work or an occupational or work-related illness.

The provisional timetable and agenda are communicated under the conditions laid down respectively in the fourth paragraph of article L. 2315-27 and in article L. 2315-30.

Un représentant mandaté du comité régional de prévention est invité et assiste avec voix consultative :

1° Aux réunions de la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail ;

2° A l’initiative de l’employeur ou à la demande de la majorité de la délégation du personnel au comité social et économique aux réunions de ce comité mentionnées aux premier et deuxième alinéas de l’article L. 2315-27 :

3° Aux réunions du comité consécutives à un accident de travail ayant entrainé un arrêt de travail d’au moins huit jours ou à une maladie professionnelle ou à caractère professionnel.

Le calendrier prévisionnel et l’ordre du jour sont communiqués dans les conditions fixées respectivement au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 2315-27 et à l’article L. 2315-30.
