Article R4643-37 of the French Labour Code

Companies with a social and economic committee may be allowed to contribute at a reduced rate by decision of the regional prevention committee to which they belong, taking into account their results in terms of prevention as shown, in particular, by the documents mentioned in article L. 4612-16.

Les entreprises dotées d’un comité social et économique peuvent être admises à cotiser à taux réduit par décision du comité régional de prévention dont elles relèvent, compte tenu de leurs résultats en matière de prévention tels qu’ils ressortent, notamment, des documents mentionnés à l’article L. 4612-16.
