Article R465-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The time limits mentioned in II and III of article L. 465-3-6 run from the date shown on the acknowledgement of receipt of the registered letter or the date shown on the receipt of the letter delivered on the basis of the first paragraph of articles R. 465-1 and R. 465-2. These time limits cease to run on the date shown on the stamp of the post office where the registered letter was sent or on the date shown on the receipt for the letter delivered on the basis of the second paragraph of articles R. 465-1 and R. 465-2.

Les délais mentionnés aux II et III de l’article L. 465-3-6 courent à compter de la date figurant sur l’avis de réception de la lettre recommandée ou de la date mentionnée sur le récépissé de la lettre remise sur le fondement du premier alinéa des articles R. 465-1 et R. 465-2. Ces délais cessent de courir à la date figurant sur le cachet du bureau postal d’émission de la lettre recommandée ou à la date mentionnée sur le récépissé de la lettre remise sur le fondement du deuxième alinéa des articles R. 465-1 et R. 465-2.
