The magistrates of the public prosecutor’s office and any public prosecutor’s office official authorised by the public prosecutor exercise the powers granted to this magistrate for the application of this chapter.
The same shall apply to those recognised to the department managing the file, for magistrates placed under its authority and civil servants authorised by it.
Les magistrats du parquet et tout fonctionnaire du parquet habilité par le procureur de la République exercent les compétences reconnues à ce magistrat pour l’application du présent chapitre.
Il en est de même pour celles reconnues au service gestionnaire du fichier, pour les magistrats placés sous son autorité et les fonctionnaires habilités par lui.
