Article R512-13 of the French Consumer Code

1° The name under which the goods are held with a view to sale, offered for sale or sold;
2° The date, time and place of sampling;
– The name, surname and forenames of the person from whom the sample was taken
3° The surname, forenames, business name and address of the person from whom the sample was taken; if the sample was taken en route, the names and addresses of the consignors and consignees;
4° the serial number of the sample taken;
and
5° The signature of the authorised official.

Tout échantillon prélevé est mis sous scellés.
Ces scellés retiennent une étiquette d’identification portant notamment les indications suivantes :
1° La dénomination sous laquelle la marchandise est détenue en vue de la vente, mis en vente ou vendu ;
2° La date, l’heure et le lieu où le prélèvement a été effectué ;
3° Les nom, prénoms, raison sociale et adresse de la personne chez laquelle le prélèvement a été opéré ; si le prélèvement est effectué en cours de route, les noms et adresses des expéditeurs et destinataires ;
4° Le numéro d’ordre du prélèvement ;
5° La signature de l’agent habilité.
