Article R512-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Caisses de Crédit Agricole Mutuel may provide financial assistance to users who are not members but fall into the following categories:

1° Businesses whose main activity is the production, storage, processing or marketing of agricultural or food products;

2° Liberal professions, holders of public office and ministerial officers, commercial, industrial, craft and service-providing companies;

3° Building owners and builders;

4° Associations, groupings, non-trading companies and other bodies of a comparable nature;

5° Natural persons, regardless of their place of residence, for loans intended for their family needs and housing;

6° Legal entities governed by public law and semi-public companies.

Les caisses de crédit agricole mutuel peuvent apporter leurs concours financiers à des usagers qui, n’ayant pas la qualité de sociétaires, relèvent des catégories suivantes :

1° Les entreprises dont l’activité principale concerne la production, le stockage, la transformation ou la commercialisation des produits agricoles ou alimentaires ;

2° Les professions libérales, les titulaires de charges et officiers ministériels, les entreprises commerciales, industrielles, artisanales et de prestation de services ;

3° Les propriétaires, les constructeurs d’immeubles ;

4° Les associations, groupements, sociétés civiles et autres organismes de nature comparable ;

5° Les personnes physiques, quelle que soit leur commune de résidence, pour des prêts destinés à leurs besoins familiaux et à leur logement ;

6° Les personnes morales de droit public, les sociétés d’économie mixte.
