Article R5123-12 of the French Labour Code

The agreement referred to in 2° of article L. 5123-2 may provide for the allocation of a special allowance for older workers made redundant for economic reasons who, in accordance with the procedures laid down by each agreement, have been declared unsuitable for redeployment.

Article R5123-12

La convention mentionnée au 2° de l’article L. 5123-2 peut prévoir l’attribution d’une allocation spéciale pour les travailleurs âgés faisant l’objet d’un licenciement pour motif économique qui, selon des modalités fixées par chaque convention, ont été déclarés non susceptibles d’un reclassement.
