The supplementary allowance referred to in 4° of article L. 5123-2 is granted to employees who accept the transformation of their full-time job into a job where the working time is at least one fifth less than the legal working time in order to avoid redundancies for economic reasons.
L’allocation complémentaire mentionnée au 4° de l’article L. 5123-2 est accordée aux salariés acceptant la transformation de leur emploi à temps plein en emploi dont la durée de travail est inférieure d’au moins un cinquième à la durée légale du travail afin d’éviter des licenciements pour motif économique.
