Article R5124-39 of the French Public Health Code

For each establishment dependent on companies or organisations mentioned in 4° to 15° of article R. 5124-2, the number of assistant pharmacists who assist and replace the pharmacist in charge or the delegated pharmacist, in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 5124-4 , is set as follows, depending on the number of staff calculated under the conditions provided for in article R. 5124-40:

1° One assistant pharmacist for a workforce of between 40 and 100 people ;

2° A second assistant pharmacist for a workforce of 101 to 175 people;

3° A third assistant pharmacist for a workforce of 176 to 275 people and so on for each additional 100 people.

Article R5124-39

Pour chaque établissement dépendant d’entreprises ou organismes mentionnés aux 4° à 15° de l’article R. 5124-2, le nombre de pharmaciens adjoints qui assistent et remplacent le pharmacien responsable ou le pharmacien délégué, conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 5124-4 est fixé comme suit, en fonction de l’effectif du personnel calculé dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 5124-40 :

1° Un pharmacien adjoint pour un effectif de 40 à 100 personnes ;

2° Un deuxième pharmacien adjoint pour un effectif de 101 à 175 personnes ;

3° Un troisième pharmacien adjoint pour un effectif de 176 à 275 personnes et ainsi de suite par effectif de 100 personnes supplémentaires.
