Advertising for pharmacies is authorised only under the conditions and subject to the reservations set out below:
1° The creation, transfer or change of proprietor of a pharmacy, as well as the creation of a website for the pharmacy, may give rise to a press release in the written press limited to the name of the pharmacist, his university, hospital and scientific qualifications included on the list drawn up by the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens, referred to in article R. 4235-52, the address of the pharmacy’s website, the name of the predecessor, the address of the pharmacy with, where applicable, mention of activities related to trade in goods included on the list referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 5125-24 .
This advertisement must be sent to the regional pharmacists’ association beforehand. It may not exceed 100 cm2 ;
2° In addition to the means of providing information about the pharmacy mentioned in article R. 4235-57, pharmacists may publish advertisements in the written press for the activities mentioned in 1° above, with a maximum size of 100 cm2, including their name and address as well as the telephone and fax numbers and opening hours of the pharmacies.
