Article R5125-42 of the French Public Health Code

When, for a period exceeding one month, an assistant pharmacist recruited in application of article L. 5125-20 is absent or replaces the full pharmacist, he is replaced under the conditions set out in 1° and 2° of article R. 5125-39.

Lorsque, pendant une période supérieure à un mois, un pharmacien adjoint recruté en application de l’article L. 5125-20 s’absente ou remplace le pharmacien titulaire, il est remplacé dans les conditions prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 5125-39.
