Article R5125-46 of the French Public Health Code

Before dispensing any medicinal product, the pharmacist shall affix his name and address and the name of the medicinal product to the container, box or pack containing it. The provisions of this article do not apply to the medicinal products mentioned in articles L. 5121-8 and L. 5141-2, with the exception of those subject to the rules governing poisonous substances.

Avant de délivrer un médicament quel qu’il soit, le pharmacien appose sur le récipient, la boîte ou le paquet qui le contient son nom et son adresse et la désignation du médicament. Les dispositions du présent article ne sont pas applicables aux médicaments mentionnés aux articles L. 5121-8 et L. 5141-2, à l’exception de ceux qui sont soumis au régime des substances vénéneuses.
