Article R5125-72 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of a substantial change to the elements of the authorisation mentioned in article R. 5125-71, the pharmacist who holds the dispensary or manages a mutualist or miner’s aid pharmacy must inform the general director of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction and the pharmacists’ association to which he belongs, without delay and by any means which allows receipt to be acknowledged.

Article R5125-72

En cas de modification substantielle des éléments de l’autorisation mentionnés à l’article R. 5125-71, le pharmacien titulaire de l’officine ou gérant d’une pharmacie mutualiste ou de secours minière en informe sans délai, par tout moyen permettant d’en accuser réception, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement compétente et le conseil de l’ordre des pharmaciens dont il relève.
