Article R5132-1-22 of the French Labour Code

I.-Information for data subjects is provided in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, in particular via the teleservice website mentioned in Article R. 5132-1-19.

II-The rights of access and rectification, as well as the right to limit processing, provided for in Articles 15, 16 and 18 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 may be exercised with the public interest group mentioned in the first paragraph of Article R. 5132-1-19.

The holder of an account as a candidate or beneficiary of a pathway to integration also has direct access to the personal data concerning him, with a view to completing and updating it.

III – Pursuant to Article 23 of the Regulation (EU) of 27 April 2016, the right to erasure and the right to object provided for in Articles 17 and 21 of the same Regulation do not apply to this processing.

The right to portability referred to in Article 18 of that Regulation is not applicable.

Article R5132-1-22

I.-L’information des personnes concernées est assurée conformément aux articles 13 et 14 du règlement (UE) n° 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données, en particulier par l’intermédiaire du site internet du téléservice mentionné à l’article R. 5132-1-19.

II.-Les droits d’accès et de rectification, ainsi que le droit à la limitation du traitement, prévus aux articles 15,16 et 18 du règlement (UE) n° 2016/679 s’exercent auprès du groupement d’intérêt public mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article R. 5132-1-19.

Le titulaire d’un compte en tant que candidat ou bénéficiaire d’un parcours d’insertion dispose en outre d’un accès direct aux données à caractère personnel le concernant, en vue de les renseigner et de les mettre à jour.

III.-En application de l’article 23 du règlement (UE) du 27 avril 2016, le droit à l’effacement et le droit d’opposition prévus aux articles 17 et 21 du même règlement ne s’appliquent pas à ce traitement.

Le droit à la portabilité mentionné à l’article 18 de ce règlement n’est pas applicable.
