Article R5132-1-6 of the French Labour Code

The eligibility of a person is declared to the State services by means of the teleservice mentioned in article R. 5132-1-19 by a prescriber or a structure for integration through economic activity and notified by any means giving a certain date to the receipt of this notification to the person concerned.

As from the declaration of the start date of the work contract by a structure for integration through economic activity for a person declared eligible, a receipt for this declaration including a registration number is issued to the structure for integration through economic activity by means of the same teleservice mentioned in article R. 5132-1-19.

Article R5132-1-6

L’éligibilité d’une personne est déclarée auprès des services de l’Etat au moyen du téléservice mentionné à l’article R. 5132-1-19 par un prescripteur ou une structure d’insertion par l’activité économique et notifiée par tout moyen donnant date certaine à la réception de cette notification à l’intéressé.

A compter de la déclaration d’une date de début de contrat de travail par une structure d’insertion par l’activité économique pour une personne déclarée éligible, un récépissé de cette déclaration comportant un numéro d’enregistrement est délivré à la structure d’insertion par l’activité économique au moyen du même téléservice mentionné à l’article R. 5132-1-19.
