Article R5132-6 of the French Labour Code

Where financial assistance is obtained as a result of false declarations or where the agreement is misused, the Prefect shall terminate the agreement after observing the procedure set out in article R. 5132-5. Any sums unduly received will then be repaid.

Lorsque l’aide financière est obtenue à la suite de fausses déclarations ou lorsque la convention est détournée de son objet, le préfet résilie la convention après avoir observé la procédure prévue à l’article R. 5132-5. Les sommes indûment perçues donnent alors lieu à reversement.
