Article R5141-3 of the French Labour Code

When a person has been granted aid for setting up or taking over a business or for practising another self-employed profession, he or she may not be granted this aid again until three years have elapsed following the previous decision by the Prefect or the authorised body provided for in article R. 5141-22 .

The provisions of the first paragraph do not apply to the aid provided for in 4° of article R. 5141-1.

Article R5141-3

Lorsqu’une personne a obtenu le bénéfice d’une aide à la création, à la reprise d’entreprise ou pour l’exercice d’une autre profession non salariée, elle ne peut obtenir à nouveau cette aide qu’à l’expiration d’un délai de trois ans suivant la précédente décision du préfet ou de l’organisme habilité prévu à l’article R. 5141-22.

Les dispositions du premier alinéa ne s’appliquent pas à l’aide prévue au 4° de l’article R. 5141-1.
