Article R5141-74 of the French Public Health Code

Ampoules and other small primary packagings on which it is impossible to include all the particulars provided for in Article R. 5141-73 may include only the following information:

1° The name of the medicinal product ;

2° The quantitative composition in active substances;

3° The route of administration;

4° The batch number;

5° The expiry date;

6° The words “for veterinary use”.

In this case, the outer packaging must include all the information specified in Article R. 5141-73.

Les ampoules et autres petits conditionnements primaires sur lesquels il est impossible de mentionner l’ensemble des indications prévues à l’article R. 5141-73 peuvent ne comporter que les mentions suivantes :

1° Le nom du médicament ;

2° La composition quantitative en substances actives ;

3° La voie d’administration ;

4° Le numéro du lot de fabrication ;

5° La date de péremption ;

6° La mention ” usage vétérinaire “.

Dans ce cas, le conditionnement extérieur comporte l’ensemble des mentions prévues à l’article R. 5141-73.
