Article R515-15 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

At 1 January 2017, the Agency’s endowment amounted to two billion eight hundred and seven million nine hundred and ninety-eight thousand eight hundred and fifty-six euros.

This endowment may be increased by the capitalisation of reserves following a decision by the Board of Directors approved by order of the Minister for the Economy.

It may also be increased by the allocation of public funds in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

Le montant de la dotation de l’agence est, au 1er janvier 2017, de deux milliards huit cent sept millions neuf cent quatre-vingt-dix-huit mille huit cent cinquante-six euros.

Cette dotation peut être augmentée par incorporation de réserves sur délibération du conseil d’administration approuvée par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.

Elle peut également être augmentée par affectation de fonds publics conformément aux textes législatifs ou réglementaires en vigueur.
