L’agence emprunte à court, moyen et long terme, en France et à l’étranger, soit auprès d’organismes financiers, soit par émission de bons, de billets, de valeurs mobilières ou de tout autre titre de créance. Elle effectue toute opération financière nécessaire à son activité.
